The lives of the Senshi have once again returned to normal, and everything seems perfectly fine. The Inner Senshi have gone to high school, while the three older Outer Senshi are going to college around the globe. For once, the Senshi think they can all live their lives happily. Except Chibi-Usa can't seem to return home to the future, so she lives her life in the present with Usagi.
However, with the return of an old enemy that has turned over a new leaf things seem tense. New Senshi from other galaxies are emerging, and not all of them are good guys.
Whatever the case is, a new evil is arising and the Senshi are all called back to Tokyo. Some are more than willing to join the fight again, while others are just trying to escape it. Can the Senshi reunite and fight as one again? Or will they fail and let the world become destroyed?
That's for you to decide, but be ready this is a Universal War.
